About us
Why The name Sunshine Gallery?
"Sunneschii" in Swiss German means "Sunshine". In my native land Switzerland, sunshine has a special meaning, because we Swiss feel we never get enough of it. It is of such importance that Residencial Real State varies in price depending on how much sun the home is exposed to. The more sun, the higher the value of the home. In Zurich for example, the sunny side of the lake is called "The Gold Coast"
To me, Sunshine means Warmth, Hospitality, Friendship and Love. Our home is named "Villa Sunneschii" and so my gallery had to be named "Sunshine Gallery of Costa Rica"
Costa Rica, with its natural beauty is the ideal place for any artist. In our garden, I have such a variety of flowers & blooming trees to select from to paint. There are dozens of places to sit and start painting. Our studio is not only indoors, but right in nature itself.
